2.Home Viewings and Meet-and-Greets:

Take a tour of our available properties and meet potential housemates and your core support team to see if it feels like the perfect fit.

3.Funding and Roster of Care (RoC) Setup:

Our experienced team works closely with your Support Coordinator to build a comprehensive Roster of Care (RoC) and submit it to the NDIS for smooth funding approval.

4.Smooth Transition and Move-In Day:

We help you plan the transition at your own pace, setting up your private room exactly how you like it and welcoming you to your new community!
