A friend referred me to Green Door Support Services and I'm so happy they did! I found them to be genuinely caring people and immediately felt safe with them. Their genuine care can be seen not only for their participants but also for their staff who appear to be very happy. I also love the way they communicate with participants families and keep them close to what's happening in their loved one's daily life.

When we met with Green Door Support Services, we thought the name was interesting, and when we asked about it, we discovered that all that they said about themselves was true, it was like walking into a positive, happy and friendly culture. They also have an approachable management who work on the floor with an open-door policy and a direct and honest way of working with people which we found very refreshing.

One thing I noticed soon was the smiles, fun and laughter, it is contagious! We discovered an atmosphere that we hoped but didn't believe we could easily find. We were glad we listened when we were referred to them, we found what we had been looking for, a person-centric, people-loving environment with lots of happiness yet one that maintained a balanced and professional approach where caring for people with disabilities is always fundamentally first.

The staff at GDSS genuinely care about you, this was the main thing that made a huge impact on us. We found people who are warm and friendly and who can be trusted, that's it in a nutshell! They are a company with integrity, have a positive attitude, and are friendly and reliable.
